Dr. Dalal Shaheen is a full-time Doctor of Dental Surgery here at Miller Dental. Dr. Shaheen graduated from Dalhousie Dentistry, in 2003. She provides a wide array of dental services which are backed up with years of experience. She has been known to be one of the most gentle yet thorough dentists in the area. She takes immense pride in her work but what really brings her joy is the happiness of others, especially those she has personally helped. Dr. Shaheen is a passionate Dentist who cares deeply about every patient. She values honesty lives transparently and works to make everyone the best version of themselves daily. Dentistry is her calling and people are her passion.

Dr. Shaheen is wholly devoted to her family. She is a mother of four children. Children in which bring her the joy seen so vividly in her bright smile each day. She loves swimming and also doesn't miss any opportunity to travel. Though missing it now, she looks forward to the day she can get back on that plane! Dr. Shaheen is not only loved by her family, but also her staff. She brings a supportive and loving dynamic to the office which makes her staff feel like family. She also loves to share stories of her latest life experiences and invites you to do the same! She can’t wait to meet you! And we hope that you will see us as your dental family as well!

Rachel Boxall is the head dental assistant and sterilization specialist here at Miller Dental. Rachel is the level two dental assistant and the loving face that accompanies Dr. Shaheen throughout the day. She has more the ten years of experience in the dental field and always brings her best to her work each day. She has acquired such experience by working not only with general dentists but has also worked with various specialists as well. She loves working with children and also takes pride in all her work. She strives to make every experience here at Miller Dental, the best experience.

She is the smile behind the mask though. Rachel is the wife to the love of her life, Shaun. She loves strolls through nature trails and is always ready for a chance to dance the night away with her husband. She does enjoy traveling abroad but appreciates the smaller, sentimental things of life as well. She loves movie nights accompanied by a warm toasty cup of cocoa or a nice warm nap on the beach.

Camilla Oliveira is the Manager and the head Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator here at Miller Dental. From booking a simple cleaning to complex payment plan options, she is the one to go to for any questions. Camilla has been working in the dental field for over 15 years and has a complex understanding of both reception as well as dental assisting. She always strives to offer the best experience to all patients and maintain a healthy and fun environment for not only those who walk through the doors but also staff working within.

In addition to being a manager here at Miller, she is a major travel junky. She has sweet spot for delicious foods and as much as she loves the rush of snowboarding down the powdered mountain, she also enjoys cocooning in the warmest blanket to enjoy a good book.
